2023: 2 Masterclasses and 2 programs (from Monday July 31 to Tuesday August 8, 2023)
- One on the Renaissance / Commedia Dell'arte theme with Dominique VISSE Countertenor
- The other on the theme of Romantic Opera with Young-Hee KIM Soprano
For the Romantic Opera Masterclass , participants are asked to prepare three opera arias, and two duets among the works of the following composers: Puccini, Bellini, Verdi .... Work and rehearsals with piano, Italian repeater, director, and reduced orchestra of 15 musicians (3 first violins, 3 second violins, 3 viola viola, 2 cellos, 1 double bass, 1 clarinet, 1 flute, 1 piano)
The romantic period saw the arrival of Italian comedy operas by Gioachino Rossini and the fullness of bel canto with Vincenzo Bellini and Gaetano Donizetti . But above all, it is about the heyday of Italian opera with Giuseppe Verdi , the man who personified Italian opera, whose creativity was very prolific.
For the Renaissance Masterclass , participants are asked to prepare themselves on the Commedia dell''arte theme of the great madrigal, the Amfiparnasso by Orazio Vecchi and an anthology of areas by Gabrielli, Frescobaldi, Caccini ...... Work and rehearsals with 4 instruments : ( 1 organ, 1 harpsichord, 1 viola da gamba and 1 lute), Italian repeater, director.
End of cycle concerts:

1 romantic Opera show / concert is scheduled for Sunday August 6, 2023
1 Show / Presentation of the trophy scheduled for Monday August 7, 2023
Programs and contents
Intensive course of a typical day
Classes take place Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. then from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., with piano then with orchestra
9 am-9.30am: specific warm-up / body and vocal preparation
9:30 am-1pm: Musical work with the various speakers:

2.30pm-6.30pm: Musical and scenic work on speakers and orchestra rehearsal
2024: 2 Masterclasses and 2 programs (from Monday July 29 to Tuesday August 7, 2024)

French Opera Masterclass
The artists of the Academy will offer an evening in tribute to Camille Saint-Säens, one of the most prolific French composers.
They will perform an anthology of melodies, arias and operatic ensembles as well as some lesser-known pieces and among the most beautiful from his chamber music repertoire.
